Avery is six!!!

So we had a little friend party for Avery on Saturday. She had already been celebrating it all week with it being Spring break. We went to JJ Jump, swimming at the water park again, movies, Chuck E Cheese, and the family party. She was pretty excited to have all of her girlfriends over to celebrate. A few were not able to make it, but it was a pretty good turnout. They were all really hyper and had fun. We also did not have them bring gifts unless they made it from home. We really wanted Avery to know that she is loved, but that she does not have to have gifts all the time. That just having her friends over is more fun and to cherish that instead. She was on board after thinking about it for a few. A few friends still brought gifts which she was thrilled of course, but I think the seed was still planted!
